A Perfect Five-Star Used Tire Shop in Charlotte, North Carolina

Now I do not know if a star-grading system is even available for a used tire shop, but the family-run business, BINGO TIRES is by far the best five-star establishment that I have had the pleasure in dealing with. They were customer orientated, their premises are clean and organized, and every time I visited, they delivered top-level service.

From the moment I entered the customer waiting room, I felt at ease. Even my children enjoyed the selection of music played and the company humor of their well-uniformed staff.

Regarding pricing, they are seriously competitive, with new tires starting from $55 and used at $35. They even did an oil-change on my car from $29.95 and offered brake service at $99.95! I have truly not seen these type of prices with this level of service anywhere in town.

I also very much enjoyed the fact that their carpeted showroom floor had on display a huge selection of tires, with the staff completely happy displaying the quality of their products. Everyone was so eager to help and provide useful information on the services rendered.

An organized and well-maintained shop is a reflection of how well the work is completed and what’s more, BINGO TIRES offers such amazing guarantees on their products and work! What’s not to like?!

Lastly, I believe one of their greatest attributes is the fact they offer to shop and negotiate to find the best deal, essentially removing all the hassle when trying to find the best quality new or used tire to fit your vehicles specifications. They honestly have the best prices in Charlotte! BINGO TIRES carried every name brand (and every type!) of tire I could think of: Vogue, Michelin, Goodyear, Nitto, Pirelli, Cooper, Firestone, BFGoodrich, Dunlop, Bridgestone – you name it!

I have definitely found the family business that I know will take care of my own family’s needs for generations to come. Highly recommended!!

Warning

Before you replace your tires, always consult the vehicle owner’s manual and follow the vehicle manufacturer’s replacement tire recommendations. Vehicle handling may be significantly affected by a change in tire size or type. When selecting tires that are different from the original equipment size, see a professional installer in order to make certain that proper clearance, load-carrying capacity, and inflation pressure are selected. Never exceed the maximum load capacity and inflation pressure listed on the sidewall of the tire. Always drive safely and obey all traffic laws. Avoid sudden, sharp turns or lane changes. Failure to follow this warning may result in loss of control of the vehicle, leading to an accident and serious injury or death. When replacing tires, you must maintain the outside diameter and load-carrying capacity of the original equipment tire. Inflation pressure may need to be adjusted to avoid overloading the tire.
